    • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
  • Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in resalable condition, including original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. To request an exchange for a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and photos of the issue.
